The Good Time Bakery is seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and desserts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare dough and batters for a range of baked goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and sweet treats.
  • Bake and decorate cakes and pastries for special occasions, such as weddings and birthdays.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high-quality products and efficient production processes.
  • Ensure that all products meet our high standards for quality and presentation.
  • Organize and maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies.
