Job Description

The Regulatory Affairs Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing programs, procedures, and policies designed to ensure entry-level competence of lawyer and paralegal candidates in accordance with the Law Society's mandate and authority under By-law 4.

This position will involve researching, recommending, and implementing strategies and processes to support licensing process protocols, primarily focused on licensing examinations, and maintaining defensibility of entrance requirements.

The successful candidate will also provide guidance and support to team members on various licensing issues and requirements, statutory obligations, and policy issues.
