At MALWA SWEETS' RESTAURANT LTD., we are seeking a highly skilled Bakery Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bakery, ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and supervise staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions.
  • Prepare production reports and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers, establishing methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 30 to 35 hours per week.
