The Role
This Strategic Digital Solutions Expert will play a critical role in driving revenue and profit growth through optimized digital spending and increased productivity. As a key member of our Digital Experience TEAM, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategic solutions that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Requirements Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategic solutions that meet stakeholder needs.
- Solution Design/Workflow Architecture: Design and implement technical solutions that impact the overall IT ecosystem, ensuring alignment with IT Rationalization and IT Procurement Policies.
- Implementation & Tech Deployment: Implement and deploy technical solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Success Measurement: Develop and maintain PowerBI dashboards to measure the success of implemented solutions and inform future decision-making.
Additional Responsibilities
- Client Requirements Assessment: Apply comprehensive knowledge of technical design and architecture concepts to define solutions that meet client requirements.
- Solution Design and Documentation: Transform client vision and requirements into a set of architecture and design documents for the creation, implementation, and ongoing operations/management of the desired solution.
- Solution Recommendations: Develop and present solution recommendations to ITS management, achieving consensus on the solution's architectures and infrastructures with ITS stakeholders.
- Workflow Architecture and Automation Enablement: Assess automation requirements and design/implement solutions to enable business strategies, including data architecture and tool selection.
- Automation Optimization: Enable data practices that support always-on optimization of workflows and automation capabilities towards maximized ROI and productivity.
- Industry Best Practices Research: Research industry best practices and standards, adapting them to enable robust solution design and architecture within the constraints of a regulated industry.
- Technical Brainstorming/Evaluation: Participate in technical brainstorming sessions with other ITS Technical Architects and subject matter experts to foster innovative solutions.
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in a Business Analysis/Solution Designer role in the Digital space OR 2+ years experience and degree/diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field.
- Preference will be given to candidates with strong Automation and Data Activation experience.
- Experience navigating high degrees of uncertainty and ambiguity to achieve successful business outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience in articulating technical concepts and analysis to non-technical business leaders.
