Ledcor is a diversified construction company seeking a skilled Civil Subcontractor Specialist to join our Infrastructure team in Toronto, Ontario.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves providing administrative support for effective subcontract and procurement management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for onboarding subcontractors, drafting contracts, and managing databases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate and manage vendor agreements
  • Assist with special project requirements and primary client liaison
  • Develop and perform project audits for procurement processes
  • Source and build effective vendor relationships
  • Establish and update KPIs
  • Maintain subcontractor and client contract databases
  • Administer subcontractor onboarding processes
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 3+ years of civil construction experience as a Project Coordinator or Procurement Coordinator
  • Prior experience working with contracts and certificates of insurance
  • Project experience working on rail transit, highways, bridges, roads, or other infrastructure projects
  • Completion of post-secondary education in civil engineering or a related field

Working Conditions

You will be required to work out of the downtown Toronto office from Monday to Friday until the project is in the construction phase. Once on site, you will be required to work full-time on site in the Durham Region.
