We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Construction Manager to join our team at PROCON SOLUTION INC.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the renovation and construction of residential properties, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure effective collaboration and productivity.
  • Cost Management: Establish and manage project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and managed effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain the highest quality standards.
  • Customer Service: Foster strong relationships with clients, responding promptly to their needs and concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with the final product.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in residential construction management or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Compensation and Benefits:

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
