At Goldleaf Construction Inc., we are currently seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position with 40 hours of work per week.

Our ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in construction laboring, preferably in residential and commercial settings. The role involves assisting in various tasks such as loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials, mixing, pouring, and spreading materials like concrete and asphalt, and helping medical examiners in charge.

The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning pipes during pipeline construction, assisting in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs, paving, and raking asphalt, cleaning and piling salvaged materials, removing rubble and other debris from construction sites, and tending or feeding machines or equipment used in construction.

We require the selected candidate to possess skills and qualifications such as physically demanding work environments, fast-paced situations, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, and handling heavy loads. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have steel-toed safety boots, excellent client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, reliability, and the ability to work as a team player.

In terms of compensation, we estimate that this position will offer a salary range of $45,000 to $60,000 annually, depending on location and experience.
