We are seeking a Crane Operations Specialist to join our team at B.C. LTD.

About the Role

This is a Full Time, Permanent position with an estimated hourly wage of $23.50 and 35-40 hours of work per week.

There are currently 4 vacancies available for this role.

Job Description

As a Crane Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Calculating crane capacities
  • Performing pre-operational inspections
  • Reading blueprints to determine work requirements
  • Cleaning and lubricating cranes
  • Operating pile driving cranes to drive pilings into earth to provide support for buildings and other structures
  • Instructing apprentices
  • Mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assisting in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Assisting in demolishing buildings
  • Cleaning and piling salvaged materials
  • Performing routine maintenance work
  • Cleaning up chemical spills and other contaminants

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • No linguistic requirement
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train on the job
