About the Role:

Harpinder Hari is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
  • Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene
  • Encourage regular exercise, such as walking
  • Change non-sterile dressings as needed
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as dressing and grooming

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • Ability to work 30 to 35 hours per week
