About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Clerk to join our team at Green & Gold Cleaning. As a Sales Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our cleaning services to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers and discuss their cleaning needs, providing personalized recommendations and solutions.
  • Sales and Promotion: Advertise and promote our cleaning services to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our services.
  • Data Entry: Accurately record and update customer information and sales data.
  • Payment Processing: Process cash, cheque, credit card, or automatic debit payments from customers.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: The Sales Clerk will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive tasks while sitting.
  • Personal Suitability: We are looking for a candidate with a positive attitude, excellent oral communication skills, and a client-focused approach.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn is essential for this role.
