Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate a cash register with accuracy and efficiency, handling customer transactions and managing cash and credit sales.
  • Share product knowledge with customers, offering recommendations and suggestions to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring a safe and sanitary work area.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store atmosphere.

Requirements:

  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
