Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Counter Staff to join our team. As a Counter Staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating our point-of-sale system, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers with a smile, answer questions about our menu, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Point-of-Sale Operations: Operate our register system, process transactions, and handle customer payments.
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including the counter, tables, and restrooms.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be at least 14 years old.
  • Mathematical Skills: Ability to handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, twist, and stand for long periods.
