About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Director, Sales to join our team at LinkGlobal Food Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary tools, resources, and support to succeed.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales leadership role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
