Job SummaryThe Hotel Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for:
- Coordinating the activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure efficient room cleaning and maintenance.
- Inspecting assigned areas to identify any issues or concerns and taking corrective action as needed.
- Supervising staff to ensure they meet safety standards and departmental policies.
- Coordinating maintenance and repair services to maintain the hotel's facilities.
- Hiring and dismissing staff as necessary.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school graduation certificate and relevant experience in a similar position.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic math skills to manage budgets and supervise staff.
