Job Title: General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at Foreign Express Auto Sales Services Ltd.

Job Summary

The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of the organization, ensuring alignment with our mission and vision. This role will require strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of over 20 people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs, allocating resources to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Authorize and establish major departments and senior staff positions, ensuring effective coordination and communication.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, demonstrating excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and executive staff, creating a high-performing team.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, formulating and approving promotional campaigns and human resources planning.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a senior management role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
