Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Retail Merchandiser to join our team at Neptune Retail Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring our retail stores are visually appealing and well-stocked with merchandise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange products according to planograms to create an attractive and easy-to-navigate shopping experience
  • Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of merchandise
  • Oversee the distribution of merchandise to our retail outlets, ensuring that products are accurately stocked and displayed
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required; we will provide training
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle, with willingness to travel
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
