Job Title: Retail Merchandiser

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Retail Merchandiser to join our team at Neptune Retail Solutions.

Job Summary:

The Retail Merchandiser will be responsible for arranging products according to planograms, establishing and maintaining contact with suppliers, and overseeing the distribution of merchandise to outlets. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange products according to planograms to ensure visual appeal and maximize sales
  • Establish and maintain contact with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of merchandise
  • Oversee the distribution of merchandise to outlets to ensure efficient and effective delivery
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in retail merchandising or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and take initiative when needed
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
