Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Aquarium Depot. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet customers and discuss their needs, providing personalized recommendations and solutions to meet their requirements.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our products, including features, benefits, and applications, to provide accurate and informative advice to customers.
- Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting products, identifying opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels, processing transactions, and resolving any discrepancies.
- Store Operations: Contribute to a positive and efficient store environment by maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company policies, and supporting colleagues as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
This is a full-time position, requiring a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be working in a fast-paced retail environment, with regular interactions with customers and colleagues.
