As a Site Lead in the YouthWorx program, you will be part of a dynamic team at Toronto Community Housing, working towards creating vibrant and inclusive communities. Your primary responsibility will be to manage staff and oversee the implementation of programs at the work site.

About the Team

Our team is committed to supporting vulnerable tenant populations and revitalizing neighborhoods. We believe in the importance of community-based programs and the positive impact they can have on individuals and families.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage staff and oversee the implementation of programs at the work site.
    • Ensure that daily tasks are completed according to program standards, conducting daily checks and providing support and coaching where needed.

We are seeking an individual with experience supervising and coaching staff, as well as working with community-based programs. Strong verbal and written communication skills, working knowledge of relevant software, and comfort learning new programs are essential for this role.
