Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Professional to join our team at Envision Financial. As a Financial Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service to our members by offering a full range of deposit and investment services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Member Service: Build strong relationships with current and potential members, identifying their financial needs and providing personalized advice and solutions.
  • Member Transactions: Process a full range of complex member transactions, including personal loans, retail mortgages, and investment products.
  • Branch Goals: Support the achievement of annual branch goals and objectives by promoting our products and services, participating in branch campaigns, and seeking cross-sell and referral opportunities.
  • Branch Support: Perform administrative duties, including the administration of estates, completion of loan applications, and conducting credit investigations.
  • Other Duties: Utilize your skills and experience to prioritize and manage your schedule, aligning your efforts with our goals while providing a remarkable member experience.

Requirements

  • College or Tech School Diploma (2 years) in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Mutual Funds License required.
  • Must complete our internal certification program within the required timeframe.
  • PFP preferred.
  • 2 years of experience in a Member Advisor role or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify needs and recommend products and services to members.
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently and solve problems using common sense and sound judgment.
  • Proven ability to plan, organize, and prioritize workload.
  • Proficient in computer software, including Microsoft Office and banking software programs.
  • Displays an understanding of risk and risk ownership by adhering to policies and procedures.

Compensation

Salary Range: $48,640 - $62,300. Please note that the salary range mentioned in this job posting serves as a guide, and the final compensation offered may vary based on a variety of factors, including bonuses and/or incentives, or a candidate's skills and experience.
