Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Hospitality Inn Hotel. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Registration: Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
- Group Arrivals and Departures: Process group arrivals and departures, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.
- Room Reservations: Take, cancel, and change room reservations as needed.
- Hotel Information: Provide guests with information on hotel facilities and services, including dining options, amenities, and local attractions.
- Guest Services: Assist guests with special needs, provide wake-up calls, and offer general information about points of interest in the area.
- Cash Handling: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and process guest payments.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
- Emergency Procedures: Follow emergency and safety procedures as needed.
- Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical tasks, including faxing, filing, and photocopying.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide customer service to guests.
As a Front Desk Agent at Hospitality Inn Hotel, you will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with guests and colleagues on a daily basis. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements- Dependability: Demonstrate reliability and dependability in your work.
- Interpersonal Skills: Possess efficient interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Flexibility: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Hours: Work a minimum of 35 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime.
