About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Banking Advisor to join our team at National Bank. As a Banking Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and answer their questions in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Help clients use our banking applications and ABMs to manage their finances.
  • Listen to clients' needs and resolve complex situations in a timely and effective manner.
  • Provide advice and offer transaction solutions for Personal Banking clients.
  • Demonstrate the ability to build lasting business relationships with clients.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and engagement through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Refer clients to specialist colleagues for their specific needs.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules.

Requirements:

  • A college diploma (DEC) or equivalent.
  • Customer service experience, inclusive attitude, and openness to diversity.
  • A positive attitude and empathy for clients.
  • Interest in technology and skilled in sharing knowledge.
  • Ability to adapt to different situations.
