About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Operations Supervisor to join our team at HNM Logistics Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our trucking fleet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and develop our drivers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure timely delivery of goods and optimal use of resources.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement measures to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance of our fleet to minimize downtime and ensure vehicles are in good working condition.
  • Procure and manage materials, equipment, and supplies to support our operations.
Industry Experience

We are looking for candidates with experience in the trucking industry, preferably with a background in logistics and transportation management.
