At Intact Financial Corporation, we're looking for a skilled Bilingual Sales Associate to join our team. As a key player in providing top-notch protection for our clients' most valuable assets, you'll be responsible for advising them on informed choices, answering product questions, and guiding them on next steps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients in a professional and timely manner
  • Analyze customer needs and promote and cross-sell products and services
  • Accept and process changes in payment methods
  • Handle phone and email inquiries from existing clients

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in English and French is required
  • Minimum one year of customer service experience
  • Natural communication skills and ability to listen and empathize with others
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working between different systems
  • Ability to multi-task and stay cool under pressure
  • Willingness to complete the provincial exam to obtain your insurance license
