Trouw Nutrition is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our team in Sussex, NB. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for storing, rotating, monitoring, and counting inventory, as well as maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete all paperwork required for assigned tasks, ensuring proper documentation for Food Safety and adherence to quality standards.
- Ability to follow strict manufacturing practices and safety policies.
- Outstanding organizational abilities and demonstrated accurate attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills, collaborative, and communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and efficiently multi-task under tight deadlines.
- Team player.
Preferred Hiring Criteria:
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Collaboration, good communication skills (written and verbal), high learning capacity.
- Forklift experience is considered a real asset.
