Warehouse Worker Opportunity

Trouw Nutrition is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our team in Sussex, NB. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for storing, rotating, monitoring, and counting inventory, as well as maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete all paperwork required for assigned tasks, ensuring proper documentation for Food Safety and quality standards.
• Ability to follow strict manufacturing practices and safety policies.
• Outstanding organizational abilities and demonstrated accurate attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills; Collaborative and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and efficiently multi-task under tight deadlines.
• Team player.

Preferred Hiring Criteria:

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Strong, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Collaboration, good communication skills (written and verbal), high learning capacity.
• Forklift experience is considered a real asset.
