About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Water team in Yellowknife. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in the success of our projects, working closely with the project team to ensure timely and efficient delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project setup and logistics, including travel and mobilization arrangements
  • Assist in developing project and task schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks
  • Set up and maintain project budgets and expenditures, ensuring accurate financial reporting
  • Interface with the accounting team to ensure compliance with client invoicing requirements
  • Maintain project contracts and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Track quality management processes and plans, ensuring adherence to industry standards
  • Assist in developing and tracking Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements and plans
  • Coordinate project team communications, documenting client meetings and interactions
  • Compile regular progress reports for clients, project teams, and stakeholders
  • Coordinate data management and information transfer, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
Requirements
  • College diploma or university degree in a related field
  • Basic knowledge of project management principles
  • At least 1 year of experience in related project support in a multi-disciplinary environment
  • Experience with scheduling tools, such as Primavera or MS Project
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other professionals on project development
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
