We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Water team in Yellowknife. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in the success of our projects, working closely with the project team to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate project setup and logistics, including travel and mobilization arrangements
- Assist in developing project and task schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Set up and maintain project budgets and expenditures, ensuring accurate financial reporting
- Interface with the accounting team to ensure compliance with client invoicing requirements
- Maintain project contracts and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Track quality management processes and plans, ensuring adherence to industry standards
- Assist in developing and tracking Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements and plans
- Coordinate project team communications, documenting client meetings and interactions
- Compile regular progress reports for clients, project teams, and stakeholders
- Coordinate data management and information transfer, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
- College diploma or university degree in a related field
- Basic knowledge of project management principles
- At least 1 year of experience in related project support in a multi-disciplinary environment
- Experience with scheduling tools, such as Primavera or MS Project
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other professionals on project development
- Strong organizational and time management skills
