Hairdressing Salon Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hairdressing Salon Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule events, programs, and activities to ensure seamless salon operations
  • Coordinate and supervise the activities of salon staff, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Assist clients with special needs, ensuring a positive and inclusive experience
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain a well-stocked salon
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure a high level of service
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking to ensure efficient salon operations
  • Fast-paced environment requiring adaptability and strong communication skills
  • Standing for extended periods to maintain a high level of customer service
