We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our client's tenured team in the manufacturing industry. As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment, providing valuable insight and leadership to a successful company.

As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing all general accounting functions, providing insight for process improvement recommendations, preparing and analyzing financial statements, and acting as a key team member during the quarterly and annual audit process. You will also maintain strong employee relationships while training and managing staff performance.

Requirements
  • 3+ Years of Experience in Manufacturing
  • CPA Designated or Actively Pursuing It
  • Willingness to Learn and the Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
