About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Long Haul Truck Driver to join our team at Big Route Transport Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods and materials across the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transportation of Goods: Safely transport goods and materials from one location to another, adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain your vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition, including performing routine checks and making any necessary repairs.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with dispatchers, other drivers, and company personnel to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Logistics and Planning: Plan and coordinate your routes and schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a long haul truck driver.
  • Qualifications: A valid commercial driver's license (CDL) and a clean driving record.
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
