Retail Store Supervisor

At Smoke Zone, we are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and mentor a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
- Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to help them improve their performance.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing store displays and exhibits.
- Authorize returns and exchanges, and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
- Establish and maintain a positive and productive work environment, ensuring that all staff are aware of their roles and responsibilities.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail supervisory role.
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
