Executive Compensation Manager

We are seeking an exceptional leader to fill the position of Vice President, Total Rewards. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Total Rewards strategies that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities- Total Rewards Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive Total Rewards strategies that meet business needs and exceed expectations.
- Compensation Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs, ensuring fairness, equity, and competitiveness.
- Employee Engagement: Create and maintain a culture of engagement through recognition, reward, and development programs that foster loyalty and motivation.
- Organization Design: Collaborate with senior leaders to design and implement organizational structures, processes, and systems that support business objectives.
- Mergers and Acquisitions: Provide expert advice on Total Rewards implications of mergers and acquisitions, ensuring seamless integration and minimizing disruption.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to employment standards, laws, and regulations, mitigating risk and protecting the organization's reputation.
