Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Executive Compensation Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive executive compensation strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Stay Current with Industry Trends: Conduct market research to stay current with ISS and Glass Lewis policies, as well as industry trends and benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with PCCC: Collaborate with the People, Culture, and Compensation Committee (PCCC) to ensure alignment with committee goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Strategic Thinker: Capable of critical and creative thinking, with the ability to examine challenges, build recommendations, and execute on those recommendations.
  • Exceptional Collaboration Skills: Demonstrated exceptional collaboration and relationship management skills, capable of influencing executive audiences with clear, compelling storytelling and presentations.
  • Proven Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience, with a demonstrated track record of building, guiding, and supporting high-performing teams.
