Job Summary:

The Regulatory Compliance Specialist will be responsible for administering policy changes, providing clients with information, producing reports, and maintaining internal record-keeping systems. This role requires strong knowledge of licensing regulations and the ability to enforce policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer policy changes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide clients with accurate and timely information regarding policy changes and regulatory updates
  • Produce reports and maintain internal record-keeping systems to ensure compliance and transparency
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Consult with government regulatory agencies to stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and updates
  • Ensure that all business/commercial licenses are in place and up-to-date
  • Liaise with departmental and corporate officials, as well as other organizations and associations, to ensure compliance and cooperation
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 2 years of experience in regulatory compliance or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of licensing regulations and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
