Front Desk Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Support Specialist to join our team at ABLE IMMIGRATION SERVICES LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming calls and messages, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, provide information, and direct them to relevant contacts or services.
- Communication: Answer phone calls, relay messages, and schedule appointments.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and work activities.
- Technology: Operate MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word to support daily tasks.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Private sector.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
