Retail Store Operations Manager

Pioneer Portdover is seeking a skilled Retail Store Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire, train and develop staff to meet sales and customer service targets.
- Authorize returns and manage inventory levels to optimize stock turnover.
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters.
- Address customer complaints and resolve supply chain issues.
- Maintain accurate records and conduct regular performance reviews.
- College diploma or CEGEP certificate in a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in retail management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide benefits including health and dental insurance, RRSP matching and paid time off.
