Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Store Operations Coordinator to join our Circle K team. This is a permanent, full-time position with 35 hours of work per week.

About the Role:

The Store Operations Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring seamless store operations, including inventory management, staff supervision, and customer satisfaction. If you have a passion for retail and possess excellent organizational skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring timely restocking and minimizing stockouts.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Resolve customer complaints and requests efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing valuable insights for business growth.
Requirements:
  • Secondary Education: High school graduation certificate required.
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
