Job Title: Biochemical Engineer

Dr. Ma's Laboratories Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Biochemical Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our research and development department, you will be responsible for designing and testing chemical processing and associated plants and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct quality control on programs, procedures, and control strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Determine product specifications and establish new quality control programs and strategies to improve process efficiency.
  • Evaluate chemical process technology and equipment to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct economic and technical feasibility studies to inform process development decisions.
  • Conduct research into the development or improvement of chemical engineering processes, reactions, and materials.
  • Design and test chemical processing and associated plants and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Oversee the construction, modification, operation, and maintenance of pilot plants, processing units, or processing plants.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Biochemical Engineering or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
