Diagnostic Services Team Member

Hamilton Health Sciences is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Services team member to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. As a Registered MRI Technologist, you will play a vital role in coordinating, performing, and evaluating Diagnostic Services examinations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care
  • Operate state-of-the-art scanners and software to perform Diagnostic Services examinations
  • Guide and direct clinical and technical associates and students in a teaching and research environment
  • Provide care within the HHS core values of respect, caring, innovation, and accountability
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved training program in Magnetic Resonance Imaging
  • Certification in Magnetic Resonance Imaging
  • Current registration in good standing with the College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario (CMRITO)
  • Professional designation of MRT (Magnetic Resonance)
  • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) registration
  • Demonstrated ability to work responsibly in a team environment
  • Demonstrated effective communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced clinical environment
  • Evidence of participation in ongoing education and professional development
