As a Pharmacy Technician at Rexall, you'll ensure excellence in patient care, customer service, and operational efficiency.
Your Responsibilities- You'll ensure accurate process flow related to patient records retention.
- You'll assist the Pharmacist with prescription preparation, packaging, and distribution.
- You'll evaluate legality, interpret, and input prescriptions, labels, and consent forms to ensure patient information is up to date.
- You'll complete documentation, including third-party management and reconciliation, patient files, prescriptions, and printing reports.
- You'll maintain a clean and organized workspace and dispensary.
- You'll support the pharmacy team with inventory management.
- You must have a Pharmacy Technician Diploma or Bridging program from an accredited College.
- You must have successful completion of the PEBC Qualifying exam.
- You must be a member in good standing with the provincial College of Pharmacists.
- You must have 1 year of continuous working experience in a pharmacy environment.
- You must be proficient in computer skills, including Windows proficiency.
