Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

The River Lounge is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring efficient and effective service.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for menu planning and inventory management.
  • Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, highlighting areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in food service management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality control and customer satisfaction.
