About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at In & Out Car Wash Ltd. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning staff and ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of the cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure that our cleaning standards are met.
  • Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets for cleaning supplies and services, ensuring that costs are controlled and optimized.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify opportunities to improve our facilities and recommend additional services such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Maintain Financial Records: Ensure that all financial records related to cleaning operations are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Receive Payments: Process payments for specialized cleaning jobs and ensure that all financial transactions are handled efficiently.
  • Assist Cleaners: Provide support and guidance to cleaning staff as needed, ensuring that they have the resources and tools required to perform their duties effectively.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments to ensure that cleaning operations are aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and manage work schedules for cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
About You

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a Cleaning Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of cleaning staff and ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Requirements
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
