Key Responsibilities:
  • Dispatch Operations: Coordinate and supervise the activities of dispatchers, ensuring that all transportation requests are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train dispatchers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all transportation requests are met and that any issues are resolved promptly.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during transportation operations, such as delays or equipment failures.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on transportation operations, including metrics on efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a dispatch or transportation-related role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
