Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Technical Services team as a Strategic Leader for Technical Services. This role will be responsible for managing a team of technical experts, developing and implementing service delivery processes, and ensuring the effective and timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of technical experts, including metering technicians, schedulers, and support professionals.
  • Develop and implement service delivery processes to ensure optimal utilization of team members and contractors.
  • Oversee project plans and resources for equipment installation, customer care, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Develop and implement systems to ensure the effective and timely delivery of projects.
  • Monitor service level expectations and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure client satisfaction and operational excellence.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality of service delivery.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy workplace, including proper work procedures, documentation, safety standards, training, safety audits, and compliance monitoring.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Engineering and Sales, to ensure seamless delivery of services and alignment with client objectives.
  • Support the business development team with RFP responses, developing scope of work, and pricing projects.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a related technical field (e.g. electrical engineering, electrical technician/technologist).
  • ~5+ years related work experience in a supervisory capacity.
  • Advanced computer skills (MS Office, Outlook, CRM, MS Project).
  • Valid driver's license and insurance.
