Protecting What Matters Most
As an Insurance Advisor at Western Coast Insurance Services, you will play a vital role in helping our customers protect what matters most to them. With a strong focus on building lasting relationships and delivering exceptional customer service, you will be responsible for meeting sales targets and providing quotes and selling new policies to customers via phone, in-person, and by email.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide quotes and sell new policies to customers
- Assist customers with the purchase of their home and auto policy
- Manage and build customer relationships and meet insurance sales targets
- Follow up on all client accounts to resolve outstanding activities
- Conduct sales calls for new business and make timely renewal calls for existing customer business
Requirements:
- No experience required, with applicable training provided for the right candidate
- General Level 1 Insurance License an asset
- Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs
- Ability to communicate professionally in-person, over the phone, and through email
- Prior experience achieving sales targets in a similar or comparable role
- Working experience in EPIC an asset
