Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Advisor to join our team. As an Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for meeting sales targets, building lasting relationships with customers, and providing them with the right insurance solutions to protect what matters most to them.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet sales targets through quotes and referrals of new business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their insurance needs
- Provide quotes and sell new policies to customers
- Assist customers with the purchase of their home and auto policies
- Manage and build customer relationships to meet insurance sales targets
- Follow up on all client accounts to resolve outstanding activities
- Conduct sales calls for new business and make timely renewal calls for existing customer business
Requirements
- No prior experience required, with applicable training provided for the right candidate
- General Level 1 Insurance License an asset
- Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs
- Ability to communicate professionally in-person, over the phone, and through email
- Prior experience achieving sales targets in a similar or comparable role
- Working experience in EPIC an asset
What We Offer
- Temporary Contract: 12-18 months
- 35 hours per week
- Competitive salary range: $44,000 - $60,000
