Key Responsibilities:

  • Pitch and impact assigned customers in accordance with training provided, standards, and policies.
  • Serve as a trusted consultant with customers to get the most out of a wide range of domain registration, web hosting products.
  • Reach assigned sales target and consistently deliver outstanding customer experience while prioritizing and delivering assigned sales quota.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to customers in order to achieve their business goals, including the upselling of additional products and platform features.

Requirements:

  • An Associate's degree or certification from an accredited program for technical and/or GED/High school education required.
  • 1 year+ experience in customer service or prior work experience dealing with the public as a sales agent (preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to pitch on the phone and compose compelling messages.
  • A strong desire to meet or exceed productivity, readiness, sustainability, and task points, compliance, and customer satisfaction targets.
