Job Summary

As a Service Advisor at Midas, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while driving retail sales and profitability. You will work closely with the Shop Manager to optimize the shop's retail sales and profitability, ensuring a seamless customer experience from inspection to repair.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and present estimates to customers, sourcing parts and selling jobs to maximize revenue
* Interpret inspection results with technicians and present findings to customers
* Deliver outstanding customer service, listening and consulting with customers to meet their needs
* Contribute to the effectiveness of peers to promote success and achieve shop objectives
* Maximize retail sales and shop profitability, achieving or exceeding shop goals

Requirements

* General automotive knowledge and 1 year experience in the industry preferred
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Team-building skills and ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
* Valid driver's license and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

$23.00 per hour

Midas locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees.
