AutoCanada is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team in the Hamilton area. Our dynamic team of automotive service professionals is looking for a skilled full-time Service Advisor to support our busy Fixed Operations team.

You will play a key role in delivering exceptional service experiences for our valued customers and collaborate closely with our Fixed Operations team to bring this to fruition. Your passion for cars and excellent communication skills, combined with your commitment to delivering outstanding customer service, will ensure your success as a Service Advisor.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Create quotes and work orders for repairs
  • Consult with technicians regarding repairs/maintenance and provide options to customers, including in-depth information about available aftermarket and OEM part options
  • Work with the parts department to determine parts availability and schedule future appointments
  • Monitor Automotive Technician parts requests and provide quotes to Service Advisors
  • Advise customers about warranty protections and potential cost savings

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Minimum 1 year of automotive Service Advisor experience, preferably in a dealership environment
  • Knowledge of CDK or similar systems is an asset
  • Familiarity with the warranty function in a dealership environment is helpful
  • A valid Ontario driver's license and the ability to drive a manual transmission is required for this role
