About the Role:

We're seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Client Service Associate to join our team at TD Private Wealth Management.

As a Client Service Associate, you will provide dedicated administrative support to Investment Advisors and teams, ensuring seamless client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare documentation and updates for client meetings
  • Generate reports for client account analysis and communicate with customers to provide product and service guidance
  • Identify referral opportunities and ensure correct referral coding administration
  • Submit marketing materials for approval and maintain marketing materials and mail-outs
  • Familiarize and adhere to compliance requirements, including account documentation and marketing materials
  • Provide exceptional client service, responding to phone, mail, and electronic inquiries based on full-service brokerage knowledge
  • Deliver a gold-standard client experience at every interaction, prioritizing and handling own work with discretion
  • Adhere to policies and procedures and maintain a culture of risk management
  • Utilize insights to continually improve individual and team performance for clients
  • Participate fully as a team member, sharing knowledge and keeping others informed about status and progress

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree or community college diploma preferred
  • Willingness to complete the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH) to become licensed with the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO) within 6 months
  • Strong communication skills with ability to build relationships and work collaboratively, confidentially, and independently
